Welcome to Primal Living Yoga and Meditation

I am trained and accredited in Vinyasa Flow yoga. I offer anatomically safe, dynamically energetic, fun and nurturing yoga classes around Tasmania. I also teach meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques), drawing on ancient traditions to help develop skills to deal with the fast pace of today’s world.

The services I can provide are:

  • Public classes across Tasmania

  • Wellness Yoga for women

  • Guided Meditation

And regular drop – in classes in Tasmania, on Bruny Island.  

My style focuses on embracing yoga as our own medicine.   Classes are designed to help students tune into their own bodies and soften their minds.  My classes are nurturing, introspective, fun and rewarding. Helping students of all experience to reduce stress and anxiety, while also improving their health, strength, fitness, flexibility and self love.

Understanding that all bodies are wonderfully different. And with an emphasis on ancient wisdom and natural healing, I bring together yoga, health and sustainability into one holistic approach for health, well-being and happiness.  

I truly believe that our bodies possess their own in built wisdom, and if we lived in ways which enlivened that wisdom or intelligence, good health is the natural result.  And through yoga we can find good health.  

One of the things I love about yoga is that everyone and every body can do it.  It is an accessible lifestyle where you don’t have to have the ‘perfect’ body shape or be of a certain age to be a student of yoga.  I want to inspire people to begin yoga at any age and at any shape.  I don’t want anyone to miss out on the amazing benefits yoga can bring us when we are on the mat.  

So please come along to a class.  You don’t need to be flexible, you don’t need to be able to touch your toes or wear any fancy yoga pants, all you need to do is come along and show up on the mat.  And then the transformation begins.
